Thursday 28 March, 11 am to 5 pm (including a short city walk): City Assemblage.
Drawing on the tactics of the Situationists and others, join us for a day of working with words, maps, and photographs to devise a collaboratively planned city walk. There will be short readings on the themes of cities, maps, and walking at 12 noon, 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm. If you would like to bring a short work to read at one of these slots please email emmazcbolland[at]gmail[dot]com (slots for reading are limited). At 4pm we will set off on our collaboratively planned walk, returning to Jessop West for 5pm. All materials provided. Helen Clarke is an artist and writer working with photography and text.
