Freud is psychotically mistranslated; Lacan is refigured as an auto-fictional and hallucinatory framing of ‘city’; screenwriting and Twitter pornography are brought to bear on silence; and the forgetting of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein prompts the consideration of the monstrous self.
